POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要


Medical Writers in the Clinical Programming and Writing (CPW) Group of China R&D Center (CRDC) collaborate with ‘oversight’ medical writers, and members of the clinical study team in Pfizer Development Sites overseas to develop study protocols, clinically interpret study results, and prepare Clinical Study Reports (CSRs). The scope of the work includes global and regional clinical studies across all phases of human development. The writers work closely with Biostatisticians and Clinicians to ensure the study analysis results are validly reflected in the CSR. They communicate these results in a written form based on analyses and statistical interpretations provided by the Biostatisticians.

医学报告撰写专员服务于辉瑞中国研发中心临床数据程序及报告撰写部，为辉瑞全球和各地区的临床研究项目与临床部同事一起准备试验方案，阐述临床试验结果和准备临床试验报告(CSR)。医学报告撰写专员与统计人员和临床同事密切合作, 为保证试验分析结果正确得反映到临床试验报告中。他们用生物统计人员提供的统计分析结果作书面表达。



ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS 基本要求


Education学历要求


At least bachelor degree or equivalent in medical related or life sciences.
医学或生命大学本科及以上
Technical Competencies技术要求

Verbal and written fluent command of the English language
流利的英语口头和书写能力
Demonstrable ability to communicate clinical data succinctly, clearly and accurately in writing
能够用书面简明，清晰，正确地进行临床数据方面的沟通
Knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements and demonstrable ability to interpret and apply these guidelines in a report writing setting
熟悉ICH 指导方针和新药注册申报法规要求
Basic knowledge of using Windows OS, MS-Word, MS-Excel, E-Mail (MS-Outlook).
能够运用视窗操作系统，Word, Excel, Outlook

Post-graduate degree or education from universities overseas.
研究生或毕业于海外大学
Experience of writing clinical study reports as a medical writer in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
有在制药/医疗卫生行业撰写临床试验报告或相关领域撰写的经验

Technical Competencies技术能力

Ability to present with similar ease to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
能够对学术和非学术人士明晰，轻松演讲的能力
Expertise of managing contractors.
管理签约合同工的经验

Behavioural Competencies行为能力

Demonstrable communication skills in a variety of media settings ( teleconference).
